He offers the right balance of challenging you to help you improve, and allowing you to progress at a pace you are comfortable with. His explanations are clear, and he is always calm, taking the stress out of driving (which I imagine is one of the biggest stumbling blocks for learners). In particular, on the day when he said I should think about booking my test, I was in complete agreement, since something clicked into place that day.
