Unlike my earlier experience and many of my friends who have had bad experiences with rude instructors, John came as a very friendly, approachable person always helping me in pointing out my mistakes and ironing them out calmly without losing his temper. I had no driving experience prior to approaching John and today I have cleared my driving test on my first attempt with 0 faults.
