I did not want to continue with my original instructor so I called surrey driving force and they put in contact with Rob. He quickly understood from the start that I was an extremely nervous driver, he listened to my concerns, quickly put my mind at ease and helped me gain my confidence.
Each lesson we made good progress, either moving onto new things or revisiting anything I wanted/needed to explore further. Rob goes above and beyond providing a re-cap at the beginning of each lesson, sending through revision emails and Q&As. I felt totally prepared and focused going into my test.
